This policy is drafted in accordance with Kuwait Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 (Digital Commerce) and Law No. 39 of 2014 (Consumer Protection). By placing an order on https://kbeautykw.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. 14-Day Right to Return

As per Kuwaiti Law, customers have a legal right to return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and provide full refunds or exchanges only if:

  • The product received is Damaged or Defective (Manufacturing fault).

  • The product received is Incorrect (Does not match the invoice).

  • The 24-Hour Reporting Window: For speed and hygiene tracking, any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via our official channels.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Under Article 10 of Law 39/2014, certain items are exempt from the 14-day return rule for health and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any skincare or beauty item with a broken seal or signs of use.

  • Personal Care Items: Items that have come into contact with the skin.

  • Sale/Promotional Items: Products bought during clearance or specific “Final Sale” promotions (unless defective).

  • Free Gifts: Any complimentary samples or gifts provided with the order.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund under Kuwaiti Law:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in a “resalable” condition.

  • The Original Invoice must be presented.

  • All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once our driver collects the item, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued strictly via the original payment method (K-Net/Credit Card). For COD, we offer bank transfer or store credit.

  • Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is “Out for Delivery” with our local drivers, the order cannot be cancelled; it must follow the standard return process (delivery fees may apply).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days:

  1. Verify with your bank or card issuer (K-Net processing times vary).

  2. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your Order ID.

8. Contact & Dispute Resolution

For all requests, please provide your Order Number and Clear Photos/Videos of the issue.
